Anyone who buys or sells on eBay regularly gets frustrated at some time or another by the fact that the eBay system will not allow you to filter a user's feedback to display only negative or neutral comments. When trying to decide if a user is trustworthy or not, it can often be frustrating digging through pages of comments in order to find only the negative ones.

This is a big problem with the larger sellers. It is not uncommon for a user to have 3,000 total feedback, with 50-100 of them being negative. In order to see if that user is a crook, or simply a victim of lots of unreasonable customers, one must look at several negative comments to see if there are any patterns. Since eBay won't let you view only the negative feedback, you have to sift through pages and pages of positive comments in order to view the bad ones.

I can only assume that eBay does this to make users appear more trustworthy than they really are (as you can be easily overwhelmed by the scores of positive comments), in hopes that more people will bid. If more people bid, the ending bid price is higher, and eBay gets more fees...

In any case, I stumbled upon a website that will filter a user's feedback by negative and neutral comments received, as well as those that person left for others.

The website is http://www.toolhaus.org/

I tried it, and it works great!
