Has anyone read up on the new version of the GNU General Public License that the Free Software Foundation will be releasing soon?

You can read the draft versions here: http://gplv3.fsf.org/

I haven't made an official decision regarding if Twisted Lincoln, Inc. will support the GPLv3 just yet. While I do like many of the additions it includes (the anti-DRM part, especially), I can see that there may be some issues.

Linus Torvalds (the creator of the Linux kernel) has already said that he will keep the Linux kernel under GPLv2. This could have some serious issues regarding GNU software and the GNU/Linux operating system itself. I'll go into more detail once my research is complete...

Anyone have any thoughts?
