3rd Stargate Series in Development

Despite the fact that the long running Stargate SG-1 has been cancelled, development has begun on a 3rd series in the Stargate franchise.

Of course, without knowing what it will be about, it is hard to form an opinion on this.

Also of note was the mention of the two SG-1 movies that are likely to be direct to DVD -- I'd be somewhat suprised if Sci-Fi doesn't even air them, given the kind of crap B-movies they often run...
