On Sunday, I was watching USA, and saw a commercial for Fox's show "House." It suggested that the viewers tune into Fox on Tuesday to watch House "after the World Series game."

I'm guessing that they prepared the commercial sometime last week, before they knew that the series would be over by tomorrow. Of course, they clearly didn't have any confidence in the Cardinals being able to win the series so quickly... :D

Tony no one in the entired world gave a cards a chance to win it. Not even the bigest cards fans gave them a chance. They were the underdogs. And for the experts on baseball i have to laugh at them!!!!!!!!!
All that matters right now is that we won.

It doesn't shock me that Fox would do something like that. Of course they did surprise the world.
