As I announced a while back (don't worry, I haven't forgotten), I'm going to be doing a review on digital camera printing services soon. So in that spirit, what kinds of digital cameras does everyone use, and where do you get your prints?
I have a Canon S1IS that I might be selling soon, as I have replaced it with a Pentax K100d (http://www.dpreview.com/news/0605/06052205pentaxk100d.asp)
If anyone is interested in my Canon, make me an offer...
Here's a review: http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/canons1is/
This is my first foray into Digital SLR and I have to say...I LOVE IT...wow, it opens up a whole new world of photography...seriously...you really have no idea if all you shoot is a normal point and shoot camera. I bought the Rebel XT with just the body and then dropped $500 on a 28-135 IS lens...really makes a difference.
I have also purchased the Canon 430 speedlite flash...a definite must for shooting indoors although it does an excellent job of shooting fill light outside.
There are so many things to do with this camera...I really love it...i'm thinking of taking a class...anyone take a class before?
Oh, and I get my digital prints printed at York Photo. Yorkphoto.com...have had excellent quality and cheaper than taking to WalMart...Tony, i'd like to have you put them in your review.
I to own the same Pentax Camera as Tony and am eagerly awaiting his review of it as he has had ample time to review it... When is the review coming out Tony?
