What are everyones thoughts on this case?

Personaly I think it is a waste of time and a last ditch effort for SCO to stay alive. I know Microsoft loves the negitive linux publicity, They are helping to fund SCO.

Open Souce is for the good of everyone.
You don't Have to live with product activation, There is always another way if you look hard enough.
