Twisted Lincoln, Inc. provides various software products that are licensed under a version of the General Public License (GPL).

It is the policy of Twisted Lincoln, Inc. to provide a free copy of the relevant source code whenever possible for all purchased products that are licensed under the GPL.  In some unusual cases, we may charge an additional fee to cover our materials and shipping fees, and we reserve the right to do so.

We do not currently offer an option of ordering GPL licensed products without the source code.  This is to insure that Twisted Lincoln, Inc. is in full compliance with the GPL, and that all of our customers can easily redistribute the GPL licensed products they order without legal dificulties.

Twisted Lincoln, Inc. was not involved in any way in the production, modification, or creation of the products provided under the GPL unless noted otherwise, and has simply placed the appropriate content on read-only media for the benefit of its customers. No support, assistance, or warranty will be provided by these products' original authors. Any and all warranty claims (if applicable) must be made directly through Twisted Lincoln, Inc. in accordance with its policies.

The distribution of these products in accordance with the GPL is in no way sponsored or endorsed by the products' original authors, copyright holders, or any other third parties.

Unless specifically noted, the GPL licensed software distributed by Twisted Lincoln, Inc. has not been modified or altered in any way from its original form.  We simply provide the service of placing the content on read-only media.  As such, any usage of trademarks to refer to such products is considered nominative use [1].

Linux is a registered trademark of Linus Torvalds.  Any usage of the term anywhere on the Twisted Lincoln, Inc. website is done so simply as part of the description of a GNU/Linux distribution, or other similar product.  The description or sale of such products does not indicate any endorsement or affiliation with Linus Torvalds.

All trademarks remain property of their respective holders, and are used here only to directly describe the products being provided, and in no way indicate any relationship between Twisted Lincoln, Inc. and the holders of said trademarks.
