All items on Twisted Lincoln, Inc’s online store come with a Not-DOA warranty, unless otherwise stated in the item description. We define "Not-DOA" as an assurance that the product you receive will be in the condition advertised when you receive it.
All RMA's must be approved prior to return shipment. We allow ten days from the day your order is shipped for you to report an item to us as defective under our Not-DOA policy. In practice, this tends to give the customer approx. 3 days after they receive the item to make sure it is in advertised condition.
All products we ship in read-only optical format come on CD-R, DVD-R, DVD+R, or similar media unless otherwise noted. Please take steps to assure that your hardware is capable of reading such discs prior to placing your order. Due to the fact that not all devices are capable of reading such media, Twisted Lincoln, Inc. will offer an additional warranty for all optical media. This warranty provides for a replacement product in the event your hardware is not capable of reading the media we provide. In the event the replacement media is also unreadable, we will provide a full refund for the item, including shipping costs. Please note that you must contact us during the Not-DOA period described above to be eligible for coverage under this warranty.
If your RMA is approved we will often require that the defective item be returned. If we request the item be sent back, all return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. In some cases, however, we will simply ship you a replacement item. In either case, we will ship your replacement item for free.
Please be aware that we do inspect all RMA'd items that we receive, and any item not found to be defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or will be held at our location until the customer pays return shipping.
